Saturday 19 june
had competition. ACS(i)
I ran 100m hurdles with lim wee teck(chs), Sharman(sji), some other mad chinese high fella, a cat high fella and yeah out of the 6 ppl. I got 5th. dam sad. they were dam fast lor.
IN the night-
Glenn and I headed for Alyssa's chalet and had alot of fun.(caked sa) Though we should have got a bigger cake to smash her face on!baha
Went home at 11 and player the guitar till 12 and went to bed.
Sunday 20 june
Woke up at 9 am. too tensed to sleep. My Balls felt like they were shrinking.(had 400m hurdles finals la)Met anand and glenn at kenbangan mrt at 1150 and headed to ACS(i) for competition lor. Was dam nervous lor. When the race started. I was just not given enough tries for the hurdles.ONlie let me try once dam crap. Then I not focus lor.
OKOKOK enough with all the excuses Tim, I lost ok. I got last in my heats. overall i got 7-8 position out of 12. Timing was 1 min 9 sec for 400m hurdles. DAm shitty. had alot of lactic in the end lor. Proves that i have not been having enough training.. --_--. sobs
Yeah glenn ran 400m finals and came in 5 overall. He also ran both 4*100m and 4*400m relays and got bronze and gold respectively!!!! Three cheers to saint pats. I should have ran the 4*100 when Ryan asked me to run. haiz. then could have got something too. hee. dam...
